Peptide Tracker - Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Peptide Tracker ("Peptide Tracker", "the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app. Peptide Tracker is developed and published by Furkan Kaya, an independent developer ("the Developer").
Peptide Tracker is built local-first: the compound, dose, injection-site, weight, measurement, wellness, lab, cost, and photo entries you create are stored on your device. We do not operate a server that stores your personal health entries, and we do not require you to create an account to use the app.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the app. Contact us any time at the address in the Contact section below.
1. Information stored only on your device
The following categories of information are created by you inside the app and stored in a local database and local key-value store on your device only. None of it is transmitted to us, sold, or shared with advertisers, because we do not run a server that receives it:
Protocols, compounds, doses, schedules, and reconstitution/calculator entries.
Injection log entries and injection-site selections.
Body weight entries and weight goals you enter directly in the app.
Measurements (e.g., waist, body composition figures you choose to log).
Wellness notes, mood, energy, and side-effect entries.
Lab/bloodwork values you manually enter.
Cost-tracking entries.
Progress photos you take or choose from your photo library.
App preferences such as units, appearance, language, and notification settings.
This data stays on your device unless you deliberately export it (for example, generating a CSV or PDF report) and choose, through Apple's share sheet, to send that export somewhere yourself. We do not receive a copy of anything you export or share.
Because there is no account system, this data is not linked to your name, email address, or any other identifier we hold — we simply have no copy of it.
2. Apple Health (HealthKit) data
If you choose to enable Apple Health sync in Settings, the app requests permission to read and/or write body-mass (weight) samples only. No other HealthKit data types are requested.
This exchange happens entirely on your device through Apple's HealthKit framework. We do not receive, store, or transmit your HealthKit data to any server operated by us or by any third party.
You can review or revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Peptide Tracker, or in the app's Health Sync screen.
3. Camera and photo library access
The app requests camera or photo library access only when you tap a button to add a progress photo. We never access your camera or photo library in the background or without your explicit action.
Progress photos you add are stored locally in the app's private storage on your device. They are not uploaded to any server, not included in crash reports or diagnostics, and not shared with the subscription or analytics providers described below.
4. Notifications
Dose reminders are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's notification framework. We do not use a push-notification server, and no notification content leaves your device.
5. Crash and error reporting
We use Sentry, a third-party error-monitoring service, to learn about crashes and technical errors so we can fix bugs. Our integration is deliberately restricted:
We collect only the exception type, a generic error label, the stack trace, and basic app/device metadata (app version, build number, and environment).
We do not collect breadcrumbs, screenshots, view hierarchies, network request bodies, session replays, or performance traces.
We do not attach any note, compound name, dose value, weight, lab value, wellness entry, or local file path to error reports — these fields are explicitly stripped before an error is sent.
We do not send any user identifier, device advertising identifier, or IP-based profile alongside error data.
Error reporting only runs in production builds where it has been enabled, and never in a way that reconstructs your health entries.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
Peptide Tracker offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and, where available, a one-time purchase, sold and billed exclusively through the Apple App Store (and Google Play, if you use the Android version).
We use Adapty, a subscription-management platform, to detect which App Store products you have purchased and to unlock the corresponding features. Adapty receives data necessary to manage entitlements, such as an anonymous app-install identifier and App Store transaction/product information. In our configuration:
Collection of the advertising identifier (IDFA) is disabled.
Collection of Google's advertising ID is disabled.
Collection of your IP address is disabled.
Apple (and Google, where applicable) separately processes your payment details as the seller of record; we never see or store your card number, billing address, or Apple ID password. You can review Apple's own privacy practices at
7. Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number unless you choose to email us directly. We do not collect precise or approximate location. We do not access your contacts. We do not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking pixels. We do not use Face ID/Touch ID data — biometric authentication, if you use it at the operating-system level, is handled entirely by iOS and never reaches our code.
8. Third-party service providers
The only services that process any data on our behalf are:
Apple Inc. — App Store distribution, payment processing, HealthKit, and push/notification infrastructure (
).apple.com/privacy Adapty — subscription and entitlement management (adapty.io).
Sentry (error monitoring) — crash and exception reporting, restricted as described in Section 5 (sentry.io).
We do not sell your information to these providers or to anyone else, and we do not permit them to use the limited data they process for their own advertising purposes.
9. Data retention and deletion
Data you create in the app remains on your device until you delete it yourself, use the app's data-management tools to clear it, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app permanently removes its local database from your device.
The app currently does not sync your health entries to iCloud or to any cloud backup we control. If you personally enable a full-device iCloud/Android backup at the operating-system level, your device's standard backup mechanism may include this app's local storage the same way it would for any other app — that backup is controlled by you and by Apple/Google, not by us.
Crash reports processed through Sentry are retained by Sentry in line with its own data-retention schedule, after which they are automatically deleted. Subscription and transaction records are retained by Apple/Google and by Adapty for as long as required to manage your entitlement and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
You can request deletion of any data a third-party processor holds about your subscription by contacting us; we will forward a deletion request to that provider on your behalf.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. This includes rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Because almost all of your data lives only on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly: use the app's export tools to obtain a copy of your data, use its editing/deletion tools to correct or remove entries, or uninstall the app to delete everything at once. For anything we or our processors hold outside your device (such as crash logs or subscription records), contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
11. Children's privacy
Peptide Tracker is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can address it.
12. International users and data transfers
Peptide Tracker is developed in Türkiye and made available worldwide through the App Store. Because your health and tracking entries are stored locally on your own device, in the ordinary course of using the app there is no international transfer of that data by us. Where limited data is processed by Apple, Adapty, or Sentry as described above, those providers may process data in other countries, including the United States, under their own safeguards and privacy commitments.
13. Security
Your data is protected by the sandboxing and encryption-at-rest protections built into iOS/Android and by your device passcode or biometric lock. We recommend enabling a device passcode and Face ID/Touch ID (or your device's equivalent) for an additional layer of protection, since anyone with unlocked access to your device could otherwise open the app.
No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we have designed the app so that the vast majority of your sensitive information never leaves your device in the first place.
14. Medical and health data notice
Peptide Tracker is a personal organization and calculation tool. It is not reviewed by medical professionals, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not transmit your health entries to any healthcare provider. See the Terms of Use for the full medical disclaimer.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
